L&D Strategy & Training Design
Training programs that hold up in regulated, high-stakes environments.
Nearly 20 years designing and delivering learning strategy, curriculum, and compliance training for organizations that can't afford to get it wrong — including large-scale healthcare and technology communities.
About
A practitioner's background, not just a consultant's pitch
I've spent nearly 20 years inside the organizations I now advise — leading learning and development, education strategy, technology operations, and field operations for healthcare and technology companies, not just consulting on them from the outside. I've led teams of 25+ people, directed national field organizations, and built and delivered large-scale training programs reaching thousands of employees at once.
My work has spanned both sides of organizational change: designing the training and curriculum that helps people adopt something new, and leading the systems, data, and process redesign that makes the change possible in the first place — including compliance-heavy healthcare environments where getting it wrong isn't an option.
My EMT-Paramedic training adds a practical, clinically grounded lens to healthcare training design that few learning professionals bring to the work.

How an engagement actually runs
-

We start with a working session to understand your current training, audience, and constraints — and to agree on what success looks like.
-

I build the curriculum, materials, or strategy, with check-ins along the way so nothing arrives as a surprise.
-
Deliver
Live facilitation, train-the-trainer handoff, or a finished asset ready for your LMS — whichever fits how your team actually works.
-
Sustain
For ongoing engagements, we keep the program current as your organization, regulations, or systems change.
